Welcome to PCFC!
I’m Tyler Berretta, an ORFE major in the Class of ‘25, and I’m excited to be serving as PCFC president emeritus this year. When I walked on this campus as a starry-eyed freshman many years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to tell you what a DCF, an LBO, or EBITDA was—heck, I thought a job in finance looked like helping people cash in cheques at my local bank. When I started applying to jobs in finance, I wasn’t much better off and, looking back, I wished I had a community teaching me about the art of recruiting. Well, PCFC is just that. If you are interested in finance and those earlier terms mean nothing to you, or if you’re an expert already and you seek a community of like-minded individuals, then this is the space for you. This year, we will build upon recruiting events of the past—Blackstone, Jane Street, Centerview, McKinsey—and focus on bringing the best firms to campus. Our goal is to create exceptional educational and networking opportunities for club members across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, quantitative finance, and consulting. Needless to say, this year is going to be an exciting one for PCFC. I’m looking forward to the year ahead with you all.

Who We Are
We are a community of students passionate about finance, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and consulting. Our goal is to provide an education platform and community to help students learn about the finance industry and connect with professionals in the field. At the Princeton Corporate Finance Club, we offer a variety of events and activities throughout the academic year, including industry speaker panels, networking events, and workshops. Our members also have access to internship and career resources to help them succeed in the competitive finance industry.
History
PCFC is the largest and oldest finance club on the Princeton campus. Founded in the mid-90s, we have served many generations of Princeton students. Historically, PCFC has hosted finance-related speaker events and recruiting opportunities. In 2011, the first issue of the Princeton Financier was published, a magazine containing updates on current financial topics, interviews with renowned figures in the field (and later with club members alike), and insights into industry trends. The club has since returned its focus to networking and speaker events. This year, the club has launched small-group education subcommunities, offering PCFC members insights into industry-specific recruiting processes.
Our mission at PCFC is to make finance accessible to students from non-traditional backgrounds. We are an education platform for those interested in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and consulting. Through prestigious speaker events and an expansive alumni network across top firms, we support students in learning about the finance industry, preparing for interviews, and excelling in any finance-related career.
